We are having trouble getting into their hotel, with our latest visit being told 'you don't qualify for a room.' What? We go at least once a month, sometimes twice a month, and we lose several thousand dollars each time. Husband and I both are Diamond players (achieved by March this year!). Progressively, the experience there has become more frustrating. In the beginning it was a lot of fun! People playing around us were happy $$ lasted longer in the machines, and once a while some $$ went home. Have been going to this casino for years.
